  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may delay resolution.
  • For any chargeback claiming damage, defect, or dissatisfaction, evidence and return of the item are required.
  • Orders confirmed as delivered without reported issues and without return of the merchandise may be disputed with the bank using proof of fulfillment.
